There are many physical benefits to exercising. The benefits include reducing your risk of illnesses, such as” (Healthdirect):


But exercising can also reduce your risks of getting mental illnesses such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Parkinson's disease. As the years go by the higher the rates of these mental diseases are getting. There is a possibility that by doing a little exercise each day, it could help decrease the odds of getting any of these diseases. By exercising regularly, the benefits include (Healthdirect):


  • reduce stress.

  • boost your memory.

  • reduce symptoms of mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, or schizophrenia.

  • help with recovery from mental health issues.


Exercising isn’t always an easy thing for people to do. That’s why it is encouraged to start exercising at your own pace rather than starting at someone else’s. When it comes to exercises “pick something you enjoy. You can use your friends or family as motivators to keep you on track” (Healthdirect). Overall exercising is one of the best activities you can do for your body and for your mind. Last but not least exercise can help your present self and your future self stay healthy mentally and physically.
